The Kings
Lynn tour was spectacular!
I was amazed
by so many skilled nurses that were accepted on tour! We went out
to hire 15 -20 candidates, and came back with 27 offered! One
candidate really stood out, in all my years of nursing I have never seen
such a bright young determined nurse who will go so far, well done Adrian
Aldana!! The best and strongest candidate to date on the
Tour, sailing through his Interview with strong answers, demonstrating
excellent medical terminology and kept quietly confident throughout;
they knew exactly where to place him and saw great potential.
The Clients David and Merwyn from King's Lynn were outstanding with
the candidates, and complete gentlemen, a real pleasure to work with.
One
candidate Daniel Hernandez had a football accident, kicking
a football, landed on it and twisted his ankle so badly that he
thought he would not be able to attend his interview, I advised him to rest
and apply ice packs and keep me informed, but he was determined to come,
and we're glad he did! He did so well at the interview, he passed with
flying colours even though he was still limping in pain. A true sign
of commitment and a very successful tour all round.
