What Goes on Tour Stays On Tour! Denise Jan- Nursing Consultant/ Medical Recruitment Co-ordinator Denise Jan- Nursing consultant/ Medical Coordinator at Search shares her most recent tour experience in Spain with Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. We arrived in Madrid on the Sunday afternoon and made sure all preparations were in place for the next few days of recruiting. The Hotel was extremely comfortable and a great place to host interviews as it was near the city and provided large interview rooms, which were fully serviced. On the first day of interviews within minutes after the first interview, we were thrilled to know we had got our first offer of the day! The calibre of nurses were excellent, the English averaged between above average and excellent, the skills and knowledge displayed was impressive. In total the Trust offered to 28 Spanish nurses, a fantastic outcome as the Trusts original target was for 25 nurses. In the evenings we made sure our lovely clients made the most of the sights in the city, and visited the Palace, San Miguel's Market and the Plaza Mayor and finished off with Tapas and drinks. The food was really good and the company was very enjoyable. We were all so pleased with the outcome of the tour.   Denise x
